I'm Going To Clear Things Up Here A Bit

     I deleted my previous post after reading it several times I don't think it clearly expressed how I feel about the division in America...My issue here is that the politically correct folks in America tend to pick apart sections of what people who don't agree with them say and then attack them for not agreeing with them... I created this Blog in an effort to unite people and express alternate opinions I don' expect everyone to agree with me but I am really annoyed by the extremism of political correctness... I feel like we should spend more time getting to know one and other and less time trying to judge one and other and use common sense about what we find offensive if we start sounding too ridiculous about what we find offensive it de-sensitizes people to what is actually offensive and we will not be taken seriously...

Obama!!! Marrage??? Civil-Unions???

      I tend to disagree with my community on a lot of issues one being that I do not think that President Obama shits rainbows... I think his embrace of the LGBT community is just window dressing while in office he has only acomplished a small percentage of what he claimed he would do... He was not qualified for this job in the first place.... President Obamas handling of the oil spill in Louisiana was and is embarrassing to the American people It is almost like he was to inexperienced to handle something of that magnitude... He dident do the one thing he promised the LGBT community he would do to aquire their vote Which is enact some sort of legislation clearing up the on going dipute about same-sex marrage.... I pesonally feel that all marrages should be considered civil unions because marrage is a theological based union and that should only be recognized by your chuch... This is a simple and constutional way to deal with this issue... I also think you should be able to connect with whomever you want as long as it has no religous connatations... People often overlook the fact that marrage was conceived as a means for men to aquiere their spouces property that was its origianal function it had nothing to do with love or emotional attachment marrage was originally a trnsaction of sorts.... Marrages were often pre-arranged deals between familys to aquire propety and money... Even today much of the debate involves acess to finances so civil unions would cover all issues related to cohabitation  and perserve the seperation of church and state.
